"EDM" Wire Burner is utilized for efficient machining and cutting of complex shapes and contours in tool steels.
CNC vertical machining center capable of automatic changeover utilizing 25 different cutting tools. This translates to time and cost savings by performing multiple machining steps in one machine set up.

Our capabilities include die design, die build, die repair, die tryout, and production of metal stampings using presses up to 300 tons with coil and automatic feed capabilities.

Secondary presswork, machining, fabricating, robotic welding, high speed wire cutting & straightening, vibratory metal finishing, and complete component assembly rounds out services offered to automotive, furniture, consumer product, and material handling industries throughout the Midwest. AIM also manufactures and sells testing equipment for leather testing, vinyl testing or fabric testing.
