STAMPING

AIM's presses are equipped with stock straighteners and servo roll feeds to provide increased accuracy and repeatability in the progressive stamping process.

AIM is experienced in stampings ranging in thickness from 0.030" to 0.250" and metal types including aluminum, brass, stainless, high strength and common steel.

A.I.M. (Associates In Manufacturing) Industries is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified West Michigan company located in Grand Haven, Michigan, USA. AIM is committed to supporting the diverse tooling and manufacturing requirements of metal stamping and rollform manufacturers. Our capabilities include die design, die build, die repair, die tryout, and production of metal stampings using presses up to 300 tons with coil and automatic feed capabilities.

Secondary presswork, machining, fabricating, robotic welding, high speed wire cutting & straightening, vibratory metal finishing, and complete component assembly rounds out services offered to automotive, furniture, consumer product, and material handling industries throughout the Midwest. AIM also manufactures and sells testing equipment for leather testing, vinyl testing or fabric testing. AIM will manufacture custom test equipment to meet your specifications if our existing products do not meet your needs.
